Summary:

After serving for four years in the United States Marine Corps, I embarked on my software engineering journey. I began my education at Weber State University in 2016 and completed obtained my B.S. in Computer Science. While in my senior year, I began working for a small startup company as tech support. I then moved into a Salesforce Engineering role to fulfill the needs of the engineering team. I then moved into a Junior Backend Developer position for a short time before parting ways with the company.

Current Career Objective:

I seek to gain more overall development experience by working with the latest technologies in use by the industry. I am also seeking a mentor to better guide me in my journey to gain more experience.

  • Assisted in rebuilding all backend services in order to create a more readable and testable environment.
  • Worked with the Cortside backend template, a hexagonal architectural approach that provides uniformity between all backend services.
